Startup Incubation
We provide a startup incubation service employing the following process:
Step1. Ideation
Helping entrepreneurs unleash their talent is the entry point. Talent and idea matching are assessed using psychometric profiling to pin point the right talent for a given idea. Those combination of entrepreneur’s idea and talent that can bring magnificent outcome by employing only little input or those who can bring about a butterfly effect will be identified.
Step2. Selection
Ideas still need business screening in terms of market. This shall be done considering feasibility and market analysis in order to make the seed decision to proceed with the product development.
Step3. Product Development
An accelerator program will be delivered to entrepreneurs. In addition they will get infrastructure services, shared services, business advisory, R&D support and seed funding to create the proposed product.
Step4. Launching
Once the product is market ready a growth support and product internationalization endeavors will be undertaken. Products will spin out as per the Hub’s spin off strategy.
Step5. Scale up and Transition
We still look after the product even after it is launched; it will go through a scale up, portfolio management and back integration.

We define target characteristics, identify, measure, align and engage the right team or individual to businesses ideas or jobs for long term benefits. We start by identifying the problem through investigation whether it is a selection problem or not. If so, we check if the solution is achieved through implementing an assessment and selection process. In fact, the best screening system cannot overcome flaws in support, training and “absorption” practices of startups and/ or innovative businesses. Hence, we employ startup and/ or innovative business support, training and development process that heavily relies on selection profile for support, development as well as post development processes.
While defining the target characteristics we avoid inflated tendency – “Superman”. “We want it all approach”. We understand that no single profile approach as there many roads to success. We employ different tools to bring the behavioral/ operational definition of desired characteristics of our targets within a given context. To measure the characteristics we employ appropriate, reliable assessment tools to address the target’s characteristics dimensions. Following the measurement, we ensure alignment as well as engagement of teams and/ or individuals to businesses or jobs.
